If there is an issue with your order, please let us know before you leave the bar so we can address it immediately.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer cash refunds.

If a drink is prepared incorrectly or does not meet our standard, we are happy to remake it on the spot once the issue is identified.

Requests made after leaving the premises may not be accommodated.
