In-store Orders

If there's an issue with your order, please let us know before leaving the café so we can make it right immediately.

Due to the nature of our products, all café purchases are final and we do not offer cash refunds. If your order was prepared incorrectly or doesn't meet our standards, we'll gladly remake it once the issue is brought to our attention.

Requests made after leaving the café may not be accommodated.

Online Matcha Orders

Because our matcha is a food product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened items.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We'll review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or another suitable resolution.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to accommodate cancellation requests. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Our goal is to resolve every concern promptly and fairly while maintaining the quality and safety of our products.
