We carefully pack every order to help your matcha arrive fresh and ready to enjoy.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping
We currently ship across Canada to customers outside Ontario and other available global regions.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
Bella Mia Matcha is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
Bella Mia Matcha is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your order before it ships.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.
Include your order number and photos of any damage so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
