Bella Mia House Matcha 40g

The matcha we whisk daily at Bella Mia. Our 40g pouch contains first-harvest, stone-ground Okumidori matcha from Kyushu, Japan, with natural sweetness, deep umami and a smooth, silky finish.

One pouch makes 20 traditional bowls at 2g each, or approximately 10–13 lattes at 3–4g each. At $49.99 CAD, that is approximately $2.50 of matcha per traditional bowl, before shipping, taxes and any additional ingredients.

100% Japanese Matcha Green Tea Powder.

How to Prepare

Traditional (usucha): Sift 2g (approximately 1 tsp) into a bowl. Add 70ml of water at 75–80°C, then whisk in a brisk “W” motion until a fine foam forms. Avoid boiling water.

Iced matcha latte: Whisk 3–4g with 35ml of warm water until smooth, then pour over ice and your milk of choice.
